Junior Technical Support L2
— At least 0.5+ years in the L2 helpdesk: Resolving tickets coming from L1; tracking and passing tickets to L3, which the candidate himself cannot handle;
— Upper-Intermediate or higher written English. Oral not necessary;
— A basic knowledge of client-server architecture: what a client is, what a server is, how they communicate with each other, how they differ;
— Know how to multitask: you will have to do many things in parallel;
— Analytical mindset: be able to approach a problem in a comprehensive way;
— Be able to cope with routine;
— Knowledge of data format types like JSON, XML, CSV;
— You will handle tickets coming from L1 support. Tickets in terms of complexity are mixed. There are both quite simple, there are also those when it is necessary to dig deep into the logs. If you have a desire and ability, there will be more complicated things and less simple ones;
— Support will create and manage existing technical configurations needed to make the product work. No prior experience is required for this, we will train.
Will be a plus:
— Ability to work remotely for long periods of time (due to covid).
— Advanced English will be a big plus;
— Technical education;
— Be able to use a browser-based developer console;
— Any technical experience above L2 helpdesk - plus: devops \ sysadmin \ programming.
— Ability to work with technical documentation - plus: reading, writing from scratch, maintaining existing;
— Additional languages with special focus on: Chinese, Spanish;
— Experience in gambling;
— System administration of *nix-based systems experience is considered an advantage;
— Any experience with programming and scripting languages (C++/PHP/Python).
— The possibility of a flexible schedule. By arrangement, it is possible to work at night and in the daytime. No obligation to "from 9 till 18”;
