Required skills:
— At least 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
— General understanding of technologies in the IT industry;
— Experience and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process;
— You can create and implement sourcing strategies for a recruitment;
— Good communicational skills, self-directed, result and detail-oriented, quick learner;
— Experience with gambling industry will be a huge plus.

— Full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, HR interviews, assistance in organization of further steps up to offer stage);
— Build candidates network;
— Assist with job posting and advertisement processes;
— Maintain a recruiting database;
— Work closely with recruiters and HR Lead to deeply understand the role’s requirements and how it fits into the team;
— Identify with your team and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies;
— Provide a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidate.
